How it Works: Simply select all the show months (June 2025 – May 2026) you wish to attend in the application form below. If you select 2 or more shows, the corresponding discount will be applied to your invoice. Crucially, to lock in these collective kickoff savings, your full payment must be received by June 1st, 2025. After this date, all bookings will revert to the standard single-show rates

*Collective Kickoff: The discounted “Price Per Show” rates shown for booking 2 or 3 shows are part of our limited-time Offer and apply only if the application is submitted and full payment for all selected shows (June 2025 – May 2026) is received by June 1st, 2025. Bookings made or paid after this date will use the “Price (Single Show)” rate regardless of the number of shows booked. Multi-show discounts do not apply to potential utility fees.
**TBD (To Be Determined): Power and Wi-Fi availability and costs depend on the specific venue. They are currently offered at no charge, but this is subject to change based on venue charges. If the venue imposes a fee, it may be passed on to vendors requiring the service. We will confirm upon approval if applicable.
Application Process
- Review the pricing, Premiere Year Offer details, and options above. Note the June 1st, 2025 payment deadline to secure discounted rates.
- Complete and submit the Vendor Application form below, selecting all desired show months June 2025 – May 2026.
- Our team will review your application for fit and product diversity (we aim to respond within 2 business days).
- Approved vendors will receive an email confirmation and an invoice reflecting any applicable multi-show discounts based on the number of months selected.
- Prompt payment of the invoice (by June 1st, 2025) secures your booth space(s) for the selected months and locks in the Premiere Year Offer savings for those dates.
